SUP Class Registration

We offer two different SUP programs: SUP fitness classes and SUP Yoga

  • SUP Fitness:

    • Social Paddle - Monday 7-7:45PM with Xavier

    • Paddlefit - Wednesday 5-5:45PM with Denise

    • Intro to Racing - Thursday 6:15-7PM & Saturday 10:15-11AM With Patrick

  • SUP Yoga: Monday 6-7PM with Xavier & Wednesday 6-7PM with Denise

    SUP Fitness:

    C3 is trying to enhance the skills and joy of our paddlers. Each week, our Premium and

    Platinum members can take advantage of the free, paddle fitness classes. These

    classes are 45minutes long, with one of our experience paddling senior staff. The 45

    minutes will be a mixture of working on paddling skills, some endurance and some fun

    games to help improve your love for the board. Any age or fitness level is fine. You

    must be a C3 premium or platinum member to access this program.

    SUP Yoga:

    This program is a mixture of warming up for 20min on the paddle board to get your heart rate started then 30+ minutes of a inspiring yoga class on your board.  All boards are tethered to a lane rope so they don’t move and your over only shallow 3 feet of water below your board during the yoga class.  You can use our boards or bring your own.

  • Free to C3 Platinum Members

  • $15.00+hst for any other C3 Members (with or without a board)

  • $25.00+hst to non-C3 members (with or without a board)
